We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years working in a similar culinary role and demonstrate expertise in preparing desserts, pastries, and stuffed grape leaves. This role involves managing kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen production and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include standardizing recipes to guarantee consistent flavor and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, and paying close attention to food hygiene and safety protocols. Additionally, the chef will focus on attractive food presentation and proper packaging to meet client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a chef in a similar capacity
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and stuffed grape leaves
• Experience in managing kitchen workflows and supervising a team
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to standardize dishes and maintain consistent quality and taste
• Attention to detail in food presentation and packaging
