We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. This position demands a proactive individual capable of providing outstanding administrative support while maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and supporting daily administrative tasks. You will ensure smooth communication between visitors, clients, and internal departments while managing appointments and maintaining organized records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in reception or customer service roles.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations experience.
• Transferable residency within Kuwait is mandatory.
