Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Chef will play a supporting role in the daily operations of the kitchen, assisting with the preparation of desserts, pastries, and traditional items such as stuffed grape leaves. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards are essential aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for ensuring appealing food presentation and proper packaging, working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to meet service demands efficiently.
