We are currently looking for a skilled chef specializing in authentic Kuwaiti and Gulf cuisine. This role requires expertise in preparing traditional dishes and delivering exceptional flavor using regional recipes. Candidates must be located in Kuwait to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of classic Gulf recipes including machboos, marbeen, biryani, hamsat, matabeeq, and traditional Kuwaiti marag dishes. Cooking meat, chicken, and seafood to perfection according to authentic methods and maintaining consistent dish quality is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in preparing Kuwaiti and Gulf dishes with a strong emphasis on traditional flavors.
• Skilled in balancing spices and seasoning to ensure authentic taste in every meal.
• Capability to cook various proteins including meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards in food quality.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
