Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer with a solid background in payroll management to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience handling payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end payroll operations with precision, including verifying employee data, calculating leave entitlements, processing salary payments, and distributing monthly pay slips. You will also be tasked with responding to payroll-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy throughout.

Additional duties include preparing comprehensive payroll reports, managing annual leave and end-of-service documentation, and monitoring compensation and benefits KPIs. Coordinating closely with the Finance and Support Services departments is essential to meet organizational objectives and maintain timely payroll execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to engage effectively across teams and with employees.
• Thorough understanding of Kuwait Labor Law as it pertains to payroll operations.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
