Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Site QAQC Engineer specialized in Civil Engineering to join our team in Qatar. This role requires a professional with solid experience in quality assurance and quality control management on civil construction sites. Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all QAQC activities related to civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include managing civil works inspection, earthworks and concrete quality control, structural and architectural inspections, implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), materials inspection and testing, handling non-conformance reports (NCR), and ensuring compliance through detailed documentation and monitoring.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BS/E)
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in QAQC management within civil engineering
• Strong expertise in civil works inspection, earthworks, concrete works quality control, and structural/architectural inspection
• Proficiency in ITP implementation, materials testing, NCR management, and compliance documentation
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory
• Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate start
