The Alumina Company, located in Abu Dhabi, is seeking skilled Electrical and Mechanical Fitters to join their workforce at the Al Taweelah / Kezad A3 facility. Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems integral to the operation of the plant. This includes working with low and medium voltage (LV/MV) electrical panels, motors, transformers, and switchgear. Mechanical fitters will handle fitting, aligning, and assembling both rotating and stationary equipment like pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and crushers, ensuring smooth plant operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical or Mechanical trade
• Prior experience working in heavy industrial environments related to alumina, steel, cement, or equivalent process plants
• Hands-on expertise with LV/MV electrical panels, motors, transformers, and switchgear
• Proficient in fitting, alignment, and assembly of rotating and static machinery
