Job Overview

Manpasand Kitchens & Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, managing and training staff, and maintaining service standards. Key duties include:

• Supervising daily restaurant operations to guarantee smooth service flow
• Training, scheduling, and leading team members to uphold high performance standards
• Ensuring excellent food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times
• Addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure full guest satisfaction
• Managing inventory, supplies, and placing orders efficiently
• Complying with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or restaurant settings. Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and a customer-oriented approach. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary. Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, located on Najda Street opposite the Nissan showroom, next to Sultan Bakery. The role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork and service quality are highly valued.
