Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Specialty Baristas to join our team across multiple branches in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a competitive salary of 3000 AED and requires individuals who hold their own valid visa. Both male and female candidates of various nationalities (excluding Egyptian, Pakistani, Ugandan, and Bangladeshi) are encouraged to apply. Immediate start dates are available for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the team during rotating shifts and uphold company standards to ensure a satisfying café experience for every customer.

Work Schedule and Conditions

This role requires working nine-hour shifts, including a one-hour break, with rotational shifts to support branch operations efficiently. Uniforms will be provided to all staff members. Please note, meals are not included as part of the employment benefits.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess their own valid visa.
• Open to male and female candidates from all nationalities except Egyptian, Pakistani, Ugandan, and Bangladeshi.
• Ability to work flexible, rotational shifts.
• Prior experience as a Specialty Barista is preferred.
