Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated general labor workers for immediate employment in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in the food packaging sector, specifically pastry and biscuit production. The position offers a stable work environment and is open to Hindi and Pakistani nationals who are eligible for job transfer or sponsorship transfer (Kafala).

Key Responsibilities

The role primarily involves packaging and production tasks related to pastries and biscuits. Workers are expected to maintain quality and efficiency while adhering to safety and hygiene standards throughout their shifts.

Working Hours and Compensation

The standard work schedule includes an 8-hour shift plus 3 hours of overtime on regular days, with a reduced 6-hour shift during Ramadan. Employees will receive a basic monthly salary of 2000 Saudi Riyals. Weekly one-day off is provided, and additional overtime work is available for those willing.

Benefits and Contract Details

The company provides food and accommodation for workers. Employment contracts are compliant with Saudi labor law, spanning two years, with an annual vacation period of two months. A bonus is also offered annually. Workers holding an Iqama with up to 12 months remaining on their visa are eligible to apply.
