Key Responsibilities

As a Landscape Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and competitive tender pricing. You will analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop precise and market-aligned pricing strategies. Coordination with design, procurement, and project management teams is essential to ensure smooth progress and alignment of goals.

The role requires sourcing materials diligently by obtaining supplier quotations and evaluating options to optimize costs without compromising quality. Preparing detailed estimation reports and tender submissions will be a key part of your duties, alongside supporting value engineering initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency and project feasibility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field. A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in landscape cost estimation is essential. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications combined with in-depth knowledge of landscape materials and construction methods is required.
