Vistas Global is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Advisor to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your retail career within the telecom sector. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers effectively, understanding their needs, and recommending the right telecom products and services. Meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets will be central to your daily activities. You will also contribute to maintaining smooth retail operations and promoting the brand’s presence in the market.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar
• Strong customer engagement abilities
• Good understanding of retail sales processes and customer service
• Effective communication skills in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Hindi, English, or Filipino

Preferred Experience

Experience selling telecom products or mobile devices is highly desirable. Previous work with telecom operators or well-known retail brands will be an advantage for candidates applying for this role.
