Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machinist with expertise in operating universal lathe machines and precision turning equipment. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining various ZMM Bulgaria lathe machines to produce high-quality, precision-machined components. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments who can interpret engineering drawings accurately and maintain equipment to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating universal lathes with variable spindle speed controls, performing machining tasks such as turning, boring, and threading. They will set up and run specific ZMM Bulgaria lathe models including C 350 TM, C 11MS, CU 630, and CU 1250. The machinist will also carry out routine inspections of parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality. Basic maintenance of machinery and timely reporting of any faults to supervisors will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related trade
• Proven experience handling universal lathes and machines with variable spindle speed in cement, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Knowledge and hands-on ability with ZMM Bulgaria lathe machines is highly beneficial
• Competency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools to ensure component quality
