We are seeking talented female baristas to join our team at a renowned Japanese Café Lounge located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves creating exceptional coffee and beverages, while providing a warm and memorable experience for our guests. Candidates with transferable Iqama from the Philippines, Nepal, or Kenya are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a barista, your daily tasks will include preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee, espresso, specialty drinks, and pastries. You will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming ambiance and delivering outstanding customer service. Ensuring consistency in the taste and presentation of beverages is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping your workstation clean, handling POS transactions with accuracy, and adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a barista
• Strong passion for coffee and familiarity with different brewing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Female candidates only
• No visible tattoos and non-smoker
