Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless business operations and customer satisfaction by handling the following tasks:

• Balancing supply with demand to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinating logistics for partner arrivals, including accommodation and transportation arrangements.
• Overseeing procurement and inventory management for tools and consumables required for services.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for partners to enhance service delivery quality.
• Managing scheduling to ensure timely and accurate service execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
