Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA/QS Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Interior Fit-Out team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and quality assurance to support project estimation and execution. This role is perfect for professionals with a minimum of two years of experience working in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting quantity take-offs, and providing accurate civil estimation. In addition, the role involves preparing detailed plans and BOQs to support project budgeting and resource planning. Maintaining quality assurance and quality control documentation in line with site quality procedures will also be a critical part of the position.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of proven experience within the UAE construction industry
• Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying processes
• Solid understanding of quantity take-off principles
• Experience in civil engineering estimation techniques
• Ability to develop comprehensive plans and detailed BOQs
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and on-site quality control procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
