Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields such as Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Visual Communication, paired with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to develop and deliver high-quality executive presentations, reports, newsletters, and digital communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting corporate communication efforts, including preparing and editing executive presentations designed to engage key stakeholders. Managing and producing content for branding and communication campaigns will be a key part of the role. The candidate will also coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow and assist with event communications to facilitate successful outreach.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in corporate communications and content writing
• Proficient in executive presentation design, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to create compelling visual stories using Canva and other design tools
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Experience in branding and driving communication campaigns
• Effective stakeholder coordination capabilities
• Support for event-related communication activities

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is required. The candidate must demonstrate practical experience in crafting professional communication materials and a solid understanding of visual storytelling.
