Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Qiddiya Fit-out Project based in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract role offering a 6-month duration with the possibility of extension, depending on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out projects and proven expertise within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying activities on the project. This includes preparing accurate quantity take-offs, handling variations and claims management, and assessing design changes between Issued for Tender (IFT) and Issued for Construction (IFC). The role also demands effective contract administration for lump-sum contracts, alongside managing contractual and commercial correspondence to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Prior work experience on GCC-based projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing variations and claims within contract frameworks.
• Strong capability in quantity take-offs and preparing variation submissions.
• Experience with lump-sum contract administration and commercial communication.
• Availability to join immediately and currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama.
