Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Duct Fitter or Fabricator with insulation expertise to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ductwork systems, including AC ducts and chilled water lines. The ideal candidate will follow technical drawings closely to ensure accurate duct placement and meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Installation of HVAC ductworks such as air conditioning ducts and chilled water piping.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to guarantee precise duct placement.
• Applying cladding, waterproofing materials, insulation, and canvas work as part of duct system installations.
• Following safety standards and ensuring all installations meet quality requirements.
• Assisting with HVAC repair works and ongoing maintenance of duct systems.
• Learning and adapting to duct fabrication tasks as necessary.
• Supporting other site-related tasks when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in duct fitting, fabrication, or insulation.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle installation challenges and urgent maintenance.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and manage tasks efficiently.
