Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Engineer Coordinator to join our project team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring smooth execution and coordination of fire protection system projects, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and supporting procurement and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating project activities related to fire fighting and fire alarm systems. Key duties include:

• Serving as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and project teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Managing document control and conducting thorough reviews of technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assisting in procurement operations to support project requirements.
• Handling variation claims, correspondence related to the project, and organizing online meetings to maintain clear communication channels.
• Working closely with accounts and international suppliers to guarantee timely and efficient project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with fire fighting and fire alarm systems coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
