Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hub Associate to join our Last Mile operations team in Riyadh. In this role, you will ensure the smooth receipt, sorting, and dispatch of packages, playing a vital role in delivering timely and accurate service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming packages promptly and accurately.
• Sort shipments based on delivery routes and schedules.
• Prepare and dispatch parcels efficiently to support on-time deliveries.
• Update shipment tracking systems to maintain accurate records of package movements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to handle daily logistics workflows.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Basic computer proficiency for operating shipment tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages as required during daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience working in a fulfilment center, logistics, e-commerce, or courier/express delivery environment.
• Valid Iqama with eligibility for sponsorship transfer.
• Age below 35 years.
