AG Facilities Solutions (AGFS) is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in the UAE. This role is pivotal for ensuring our operations meet the highest quality standards within the facilities management sector. The position offers a competitive salary of up to AED 4,500 and requires immediate availability from candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), and overseeing compliance with established quality guidelines. This role includes implementing corrective actions and ensuring continuous improvement in operational processes. A significant part of the role involves detailed reporting and communication with team members and management to maintain top quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in quality assurance and auditing practices.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 certification processes.
• Previous exposure to the facilities management industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage audits, NCRs, compliance checks, and implement corrective measures.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills are essential for this role.
