Job Overview

Leelaak Solutions in Qatar is seeking a skilled Web and Mobile Application Developer for a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension. The project involves developing a Track & Trace and Stock Picker CAPEX system, requiring expertise across backend development, API creation, and mobile application programming for Zebra Android devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend applications using Python and Django REST Framework.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs suitable for both web and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain a Django-based Web/Admin Portal utilizing HTMX and Tailwind CSS for dynamic user interfaces.
• Create mobile applications with Flutter and Dart tailored for Zebra Android hardware.
• Handle critical aspects such as authentication, authorization, and audit logging for secure data handling.
• Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and fine-tune complex queries for performance.
• Integrate systems with Oracle SOH, Cerner, Cloverleaf, and PEM platforms.
• Perform comprehensive testing including API testing, mobile, regression, and security validation.
• Prepare clear deployment guides and detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Between 5 to 7 years of proven experience in software development.
• Strong command of Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, , authentication mechanisms, and MSSQL databases.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including 5, CSS3, JavaScript, HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git (GitHub, GitLab), Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of JWT tokens, OAuth/OIDC protocols, and API security best practices.
