Job Overview

BRITECONSULT is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Qatar on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in human resources, particularly in employee onboarding and HR compliance. The HR Officer will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes aligned with Qatar’s labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing onboarding activities, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting recruitment and employee relations efforts. Key duties include:

• Coordinating and executing employee onboarding processes accurately and confidentially
• Maintaining up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with Qatar Labour Law
• Collaborating with management to ensure smooth HR operations
• Assisting in HR administrative tasks and using HRMS systems efficiently
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid HR foundation along with relevant experience to meet the role’s demands. Essential qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least four years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive data discreetly
