Dhahran Hills Advertising Agency & Factory is looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a sales professional with extensive experience in branding, advertising, signage, printing, or visual communication sectors who is passionate about developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Primary duties include identifying and securing new corporate clients via prospecting, networking, cold calls, emails, and on-site visits. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and high satisfaction levels. Promoting the full range of branding and advertising services is essential, along with conducting client meetings to understand their project goals and advise on the best solutions. You will also prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. Collaboration with design and production teams is necessary to deliver seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience within Saudi Arabia’s branding, advertising, signage, printing, or related industries. A solid understanding of branding materials such as signage, digital prints, vehicle graphics, exhibition setups, promotional products, and corporate branding methods is expected. Success in B2B sales and business development is essential, backed by excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. Fluency in Arabic and English—both spoken and written—is required. A valid Saudi driving license is preferred. Candidates who already have a network of corporate clients in the Eastern Province will be given special consideration.
