Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Business Development Executive with extensive connections in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province to drive the growth of our industrial services division. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives across key locations like Jubail, Al Khobar, and Dammam, targeting industrial sectors with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves actively identifying and securing new business opportunities in the industrial services market. You will be tasked with building strong partnerships with EPC contractors, industrial firms, and project stakeholders to promote a diverse portfolio of services including mechanical, civil, electrical, industrial cleaning, equipment rental, manpower supply, and materials trading. Responsibilities include generating requests for quotations (RFQs), pursuing inquiries, managing leads through to contract award, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of progressive sales or business development experience within Saudi Arabia, specifically in the industrial services sector.
• Proven record in handling subcontracting, manpower supply, and materials trading projects.
• Established network and strong client relationships with major companies such as SABIC, Aramco, and relevant EPC contractors based in Jubail, Al Khobar, and Dammam.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills tailored to the industrial market.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred, and candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
