Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team for the Aramco Class-4 Security Fence Project located in Hofuf and Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. This role requires specialized experience in civil engineering works related to security fence construction and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering activities on site including security fence construction, gate foundations, lighting pole foundations, and grounding pits. Duties involve managing excavation, backfilling, concrete placement, rebar installation, formwork, and foundation works while coordinating surveys, setting out, and level controls accurately. The engineer will closely collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure proper integration of civil components within the project.

Additional tasks include material planning, subcontractor supervision, quality control per Aramco standards (including ITP, WIR, inspections, and NCR closure), and strict adherence to HSE protocols and permit requirements. Monitoring project progress, preparing regular reports, handling project documentation, and quantity verification in coordination with QA/QC and client representatives are also vital aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Direct hands-on experience specifically with Aramco Class-4 Fence Projects is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in security fence construction and installation.
• Strong background in gate and lighting pole civil foundation works.
• Competence in excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, and formwork techniques.
• Experience in survey coordination, setting out, and level control.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical and mechanical).
• Material planning and subcontractor oversight capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Aramco engineering standards and project procedures.
• Commitment to HSE compliance and work permit coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills for documentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama within Saudi Arabia.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary is SAR 4,000 per month, supplemented by SAR 500 monthly accommodation allowance and SAR 400 for food allowance. Company transportation with fuel is provided for daily site commute, ensuring comfortable travel arrangements.

Project Locations

This position is based across two key project sites in Hofuf and Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia.
