Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, appointments, and scheduling efficiently to support smooth clinic operations.
• Provide accurate information to clients about veterinary services and procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, maintaining records, and processing client documents.
• Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure timely communication and a positive client experience.
