Steel Masters W.L.L. is seeking a skilled CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator to support our expanding operations in Salmabad, Bahrain. This role involves operating advanced CNC fiber laser cutting equipment primarily for steel and stainless steel materials. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in metal fabrication and machine operation to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and efficiently running CNC fiber laser cutting machines. Additional duties include operating various metal fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shearing machines, profile rolling, and sheet rolling machines. Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans is essential to ensure precision in production. The role also involves performing routine machine maintenance, promptly addressing technical issues, and collaborating closely with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC fiber laser machines or similar equipment.
• Strong expertise in steel and stainless steel fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CNC programming is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A solid commitment to maintaining workplace safety and quality production.
