Job Overview

A reputable contracting company specializing in industrial, oil, gas, energy, and water projects is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Jubail. This opportunity involves overseeing electrical activities on-site for a long-term project based in Riyadh, ensuring all work meets industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising electrical tasks at the project site. Key duties include:

• Managing and directing electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating electrical activities with construction teams and other disciplines to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring safety regulations and quality assurance procedures are strictly followed during all electrical operations.
• Overseeing the use of approved materials and equipment to guarantee project standards.
• Supervising testing, commissioning, and pre-commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Resolving technical issues and providing on-site engineering support when necessary.
• Participating in project progress monitoring and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
• Proven experience working on industrial projects involving oil, gas, energy, or water facilities is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage teams effectively on-site.
