Job Overview

We are a prominent manpower supply and labor rental company based in Saudi Arabia, currently seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee and drive the efficiency of our workforce deployment. This role is crucial for managing daily operations, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery within our expanding team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects related to manpower allocation and client coordination. The core duties include:

• Overseeing daily manpower deployment and ensuring smooth client operations
• Coordinating workforce assignments based on specific customer needs
• Supervising attendance, transportation logistics, accommodation arrangements, and workforce movement
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to guarantee exceptional service quality
• Addressing and resolving operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions
• Collaborating with HR, recruitment, and administrative teams to streamline operations
• Preparing comprehensive daily and monthly operational performance reports
• Ensuring strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working in manpower supply or labor rental within Saudi Arabia
• In-depth knowledge of labor deployment and related operational processes
• Strong communication skills complemented by excellent client management capabilities
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Transferable Iqama is preferred for expatriate candidates

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience managing large-scale manpower contracts particularly in sectors such as construction, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities management will be given preference. Immediate availability is also a plus.
