A reputable CNC machining company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented CNC Programmer and Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming with SolidCam for DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machines and possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using SolidCam software tailored for 5-Axis machining.
• Operate and manage DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC Linear machines equipped with Siemens controllers.
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately to ensure machining meets design specifications.
• Monitor machining processes to guarantee high-quality production and efficient tooling setups.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve machining operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in CNC programming, specifically with SolidCam and SolidWorks software.
• Strong background operating DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machines and familiarity with Siemens control systems.
• In-depth knowledge of machining strategies, tooling selection, and machine setups.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in precision machining, ideally within production environments focused on quality and optimization.
• Additional expertise in SolidWorks design will be considered a significant advantage.
