Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Saudi Arabian market, focusing on personal protective equipment (PPE), electrical, mechanical, and industrial materials trading. This full-time position is based in Jubail and involves driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our footprint within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Identifying new business opportunities across PPE and related industrial sectors forms a core part of the role. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners will be essential for sustained market growth. The position also requires managing quotations, tenders, and preparing sales proposals while conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis.

Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve high performance and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and prompt delivery are important duties. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed sales reports will help track progress. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term supply deals to secure profitable partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience specifically within the PPE or industrial materials trading sectors in Saudi Arabia. A strong grasp of the local market dynamics and relevant regulations is mandatory. Excellent communication abilities, sharp negotiation skills, and effective leadership qualities are essential. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities must be demonstrated, along with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.

Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred, and any additional certifications relating to sales or the industrial materials sector will be considered advantageous.
