Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Supervisor (Male) for a reputable company in Kuwait. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 150 KD to 175 KD, depending on experience. The position involves an 8-hour workday with food and accommodation provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. You will manage staff scheduling and shifts, monitor sales performance, review daily reports, and maintain high customer service standards. Handling customer complaints professionally and coordinating stock, maintenance, and overall operational performance in collaboration with management are also essential duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in the food and beverage (F&B) sector
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage team dynamics
• Understanding of sales targets and cost control measures
