We are seeking a skilled Accountant with a strong background in real estate and construction to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience and be proficient with Tally software. Preference will be given to professionals with CA Inter credentials or an MBA in Finance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant specializing in real estate and construction, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. You will also handle account reconciliations, assist with budgeting, and support audit activities to ensure smooth financial operations within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industries
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software
• CA Inter qualification or MBA in Finance preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
