Job Overview

We are urgently recruiting skilled personnel for a major Aramco project based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in heavy industrial construction, electrical installation, and warehouse operations within the power plant and industrial sectors. The contract is initially for one year with possibilities for renewal and offers immediate visa transfer options for qualified candidates.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Muallim / Lead Electrician (Foreman Level): Lead installation teams, interpret complex electrical schematics, and troubleshoot power distribution systems across industrial sites. Requires strong leadership and at least five years of experience in heavy industry or power plant environments.
• Power Plant Electrician (Industrial / High Voltage): Perform installation of power cables, switchgears, transformers, and control panels, including cable termination and gland work. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of experience with grounding techniques and conduit fittings in sub-stations or power plants.
• General Labour (Electrical Helper): Support electricians by assisting in cable handling, trench digging, moving equipment, and ensuring site safety and tidiness. Suitable for individuals with 1 to 2 years of basic industrial construction site experience.
• Warehouse Worker (Electrical Materials Specialist): Manage electrical inventory such as high-voltage cables, breakers, relays, and precision tools, ensuring efficient stock control. Requires at least 2 years managing warehouse electrical supplies.

Mandatory Qualifications and Safety Compliance

Applicants with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) technician registration or prior Aramco Electrical Authorization will be preferred. Strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and Aramco safety standards for hazardous areas is essential. Candidates should be capable of reading electrical blueprints and communicating in English effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary ranges from SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,000 for Muallim roles and SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,200 for electricians, with additional overtime pay. The package includes fully furnished Aramco-standard housing, high-quality catering, and daily transportation between the project site and company accommodation. Employees are also entitled to one month of paid leave and a complimentary round-trip flight to their home country upon completing the one-year contract.
