Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Voice Expert

• Manage enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
• Configure and maintain routing and switching equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba technologies.
• Implement firewall, VPN, and overall network security protocols.
• Administer enterprise voice solutions including Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams, Avaya, or similar platforms.
• Work with voice gateway technology, SIP, VoIP, and unified communications systems.
• Provide prompt resolution to network and voice-related issues.

2. Systems & Storage Expert

• Handle Windows and Linux server administration tasks.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP services, and virtualization environments like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Administer enterprise storage solutions from vendors such as Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM, or equivalents.
• Oversee SAN and NAS storage management.
• Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct performance monitoring and plan for capacity needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in networking, systems, or storage technologies are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
