Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Coordinator to join a manpower supply company based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating manpower development and supply services, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting operational needs. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower supply activities for various corporate clients.
• Maintain effective communication with companies to understand their staffing requirements.
• Manage and support the recruitment and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and workforce.
• Handle contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in manpower supply coordination or related business development roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
• Preference for candidates originally from Kerala.
• Willingness to work in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive monthly salary of 2,500 SAR. Additional benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
