We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our automotive garage team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience from the automotive or garage industry and be committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact between our garage and customers, you will manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their service experience. Maintaining clear communication and handling customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in an automotive or garage setting.
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Good command of both spoken and written English to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and standard office systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 180 to 200, which will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.
