Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled General Technician to join our team in Medina. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various facility systems with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure the smooth operation of essential building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs on facility systems to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to optimize system functionality and reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and report any significant problems to management.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of MEP systems applicable to facility operations.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Practical experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
