A reputable furniture manufacturing company located in Asker, Bahrain is currently seeking a skilled Shop Floor Planner to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for candidates with a strong background in manufacturing operations and planning. The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Shop Floor Planner will be responsible for organizing and scheduling production activities on the shop floor to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products. Collaborating closely with production teams, the planner will allocate resources and coordinate materials to meet manufacturing deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within furniture production
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills for coordinating between different departments
