Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced NEBOSH Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in health and safety training. This role involves delivering NEBOSH IGC and other occupational health and safety courses with a strong focus on engaging learners and ensuring comprehensive understanding. The trainer will play a vital role in preparing participants for their exams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The NEBOSH Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions tailored to corporate clients’ needs. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing robust training materials, conducting evaluations, and facilitating practical safety activities. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NEBOSH syllabus updates, HSE standards, and TVTC requirements to ensure the highest quality training delivery.

• Deliver NEBOSH IGC and other health and safety courses with high learner engagement
• Create detailed lesson plans, practical activities, and assessments
• Evaluate learner progress and guide exam preparation
• Ensure alignment with NEBOSH, HSE, and TVTC standards
• Collaborate with corporate clients to customize training content
• Stay current with industry best practices and syllabus changes

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH IGC certificate or a NEBOSH Diploma and have between two to four years of experience in delivering NEBOSH or other health and safety training programs. Strong expertise in occupational health and safety, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance is essential. Experience in corporate training or consulting is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Arabic is compulsory for effective communication.

• NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma certification
• 2-4 years’ experience in NEBOSH or HSE training roles
• In-depth knowledge of workplace safety, risk assessment, and compliance
• Proven skills in training delivery and classroom management
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Currently residing in Riyadh
