Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Bahrain. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to develop their HR skills in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support daily HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and administrative tasks. Immediate availability and local residence in Bahrain are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will play a vital role in assisting various HR processes. Key duties include:

• Assisting with recruitment by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
• Supporting onboarding and induction procedures to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and handling HR documentation efficiently.
• Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
• Managing attendance, leave records, and updating employee databases.
• Responding promptly to employee inquiries and providing general HR administrative support.
• Safeguarding confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and supporting HR projects.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with internships considered for fresh graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a team.
• Must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
