Job Overview

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Control Room implementation within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience working in compliance roles, demonstrating subject matter expertise in driving change initiatives and coordinating project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for identifying process changes and managing their execution through well-organized project mobilization. You will maintain continuous communication with senior stakeholders, delivering comprehensive updates and thorough documentation. Leading new solution implementations across bank-wide systems and processes is critical, requiring you to influence and convince stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over a decade of experience as a Business Analyst within compliance, preferably with direct involvement in Control Room setups in banking.
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of bank-wide processes and systems.
• Technical aptitude related to data management and interfacing technologies.
• Extensive experience preparing business requirements, specification documents, and handling testing procedures.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaborate within teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong documentation abilities.
