Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team, focusing on villa construction projects in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This role requires a professional with extensive knowledge in architectural design, site coordination, and hands-on execution to support our growing portfolio of residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring smooth site execution. You will play a critical role in managing project timelines, resolving design issues, and contributing to the overall quality and success of villa construction projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 to 12 years of proven experience in architectural engineering or construction project management.
• Demonstrated expertise with villa building projects within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, site supervision, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Effective communication and project coordination capabilities to maintain team alignment and project flow.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
