We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our bustling café in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing traditional dishes such as parathas and biryani, ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, quality, and hygiene. This role requires someone who can maintain consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook parathas, biryani, and other menu items to perfection
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to manage workflow and meet service demands
• Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Chef specializing in South Asian cuisine, particularly parathas and biryani
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen environment while maintaining quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid work permit for Bahrain is preferred; however, candidates without it but with the right expertise may be considered
