Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Quantity Surveyor with over five years of experience to join a major water treatment project based in Zuluf, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a contract duration of two years or more, with the client overseeing the Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) phase. Candidates must be ready for immediate mobilization, and preference will be given to those currently located in Jubail.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying related to the water treatment project. This includes preparing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, tracking project expenses, evaluating contractor claims, and ensuring accurate measurement and documentation throughout the construction process. Collaboration with both the client and contractors to resolve any discrepancies is essential to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Civil Quantity Surveyor, preferably within water treatment or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract management.
• Experience working on projects under client supervision with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to mobilize quickly and adapt to on-site requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
