Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Carpenter Foremen and Steel Fixer Foremen to join ongoing construction projects in Qatar. These roles are ideal for skilled professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a background in supervising construction work on site. Immediate joiners currently located in Qatar are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for carpentry and steel fixing activities.
• Manage work crews, delegate tasks, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and progress to ensure the work aligns with project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in carpentry or steel fixing within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and supervise on-site activities.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar, with availability for immediate employment.
