Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Team Leader for a prominent role based in Doha, Qatar. This position involves managing and overseeing maintenance activities within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) domain. Candidates will work a demanding 11-hour shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an MEP Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading maintenance teams, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring timely completion of all MEP operations. The role requires effective supervision of technical staff, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high safety and efficiency standards across all projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in the MEP field is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a team leader in MEP projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle complex maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges promptly.

Work Schedule

The position requires commitment to 11-hour duty shifts, ensuring continuous support and supervision throughout the workday.
