Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Inspector with extensive experience to join the Facility E Project on a 6-month contract basis. This role requires an individual who can ensure compliance with stringent piping inspection standards and quality requirements. Immediate deployment is preferred for this position based in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of piping systems throughout the project lifecycle. This includes verifying compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications, identifying any defects or issues, and reporting findings effectively to the project management team. They will work closely with engineers and contractors to maintain quality and safety standards in all piping installations.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Piping Inspector or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of piping inspection techniques and quality assurance procedures.
• Familiarity with international piping codes and standards.
• Capable of identifying weld defects, corrosion, and material inconsistencies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

• Previous involvement in piping inspection projects is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability to join the project team.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in piping inspection or quality control are advantageous.
